Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
